John Freida Full Repair Range

John Frieda Full Repair Shampoo: £5.89
John Frieda Full Repair Conditioner: £5.89
John Frieda Perfect Ends Deep Infusion: £6.99

This product has been a real saviour for me, about 6 months ago I was really struggling with damaged, brittle and weak hair. It got to the point where clumps of hair would fall out every time I conditioned and I knew something was wrong. I now realise that hair products can have completely different effects on different people. At this point I changed from Aussie shampoo and conditioner to VO5 and seen a real difference, but still a lot of fall out when conditioning. Come Christmas a friend bought me this trio and it has worked absolute wonders!

All three products have a high-end salon smell rather than your average fruity scented shampoo/conditioner which is a real advantage. The shampoo is a bit oilier than you would expect but this really works in replenishing those dry and damaged areas from heat-styling, dying and back brushing. I use the shampoo twice, once to clean the hair and then a smaller amount to add shine. I then use the conditioner once by really massaging it in to the ends of my hair, and then working any excess into the scalp and through the mid-lengths. I leave this on for about 3-5 minutes to allow it to work into the hair and then rinse it off.

Once the hair is towel dried I then use the Perfect Ends Serum and work one pump through the hair and rub one pump thoroughly into the ends. The bottle advises to use only one pump sparingly, but I feel this would only work on shorter hair cuts and styles. This product is very oil based but does not leave the hair looking oily or greasy. I leave my hair to dry naturally and usually sleep with it wet, and the results are that my hair is so silky and smooth, and is never terribly knotty when i wake up. I usually clip my fringe back at work and some days I have found my  hair is so silky that my bobby pins slide out of my hair, if that isn't a good result I'm not sure what is!

There are a few other products in this range that I would like to try and all very reasonably priced for anyone looking to replenish their hair on a tight budget!
